i have no sense of 3D wireframe _at all_ so it's hard to say anything without a render :D

IMHO, your edge loops are whack. From the side, a bit more like this:

The top of the mouth should curve around the corner of the mouth and into the chin.
Even if you don't plan on facial animation, it is a very excellant habit to be in.

Sorry I took so long getting back to this. Pardon me for not e-mailing you as I'm afraid of catching cooties. I also apologize for my server. They are a bunch of dinks that make me look bad on occassion. I really should do somelthing serious about that one of these days.
On Medicus Wires (http://www.solidimagearts.com/Digital/Medicus/Medicus_wires.html), there are some wireframes of a face that show what I'm talking about. Notice that the edgeloops are complete circles around the mouth.

Wel I dont know how to fix this but I will put the model up for download and you can do it for me iff you want and make anychanges you think would be cool but I have just started on the way this guy is going to end up looking

I thought about taking a whack at it, but it just doesn't interest me enough. Besides, I'm working a hooter rig tutorial and that's eating up all of my 3d time. You know, hooters.
