Hi guys!
Firstly, I must say this is a fantastic forum with tons of good information and wonderful members!
This is my first post here and i've got my first photoshop + dreamweaver website up for critique. It's at http://nsw.masca.org.au
Would greatly appreciate any feedback you experts can offer. What do you think can be done to make it a better website. Btw, it was designed for 1024 x 768 resolution and IE5.5+
Thanks all!

That is a really good design, and for your first it makes it even better. Keep up the good work, and I can't wait to see where you take this fine talent, and what you do with it is just a matter of time.
Ok now for the comments:
1. the enter button should all be one color, because you lose the "t" with a bright moniter.
2. Your hover menus cut into your block of text, you could try a dropdown menu or make the menu smaller.
Other than those I can't seem to find anything else, but someone else might, so good luck, and keep up the good work.

Currently working on another website and i'll keep you guys updated after it's done.
Meanwhile, here's a logo I just created yesterday. Have a look: http://www.mqmsa.org/logo/msa1.gif
Some feedback on the logo would be good too!
