i feel you are under selling yourself!.

your flash nav bar/header is blindingly good

any critisism i gave would have to be extreme, the anims are perfect. maybe i can see a touch of jaggieness on the silver edges, but like i say that is only because i am being super picky on your very tight design.

how long have you been using flash etc?

I have been using flash in the past 10-12 months, on and off.
