My question is similar to Beerconsumer but I still don't understand the exact measurments.

1. When I open a new file what pixel size should I type, so when people visit my site the page would fit the screen and no one would have to scroll up or down?

and

2. I love the sig(s) everyone had created, how on earth did you do it?? Can you also give me the size in pixels as well?? Is that the same size for a banner??

Thank you for your help.
