I just made this watch in Photoshop..

I still need to add the band and the glare and all that fun stuff, but here you go anyway...

Yes, I notice that also. Is there anyway I can make them smoother?

Thanks!

Can i suggest that you use rulers and grid , certain parts are not lined up correctly , like the inner blue dials (one is higher than the other) , and the numbers around the outside arent lined up as they should be .
As for the pixelated parts , try to place a 2px circle (smooth rounded) around the outer face of the watch using your rulers , and colour match it to the extremity of the watch .

There all minor points and i hope i`m not sounding mean ? i just like uniformity :D .

Other than that its looking really good ...

to fix the pixelated-ness around the edges i redid the circle b/c the anit-aliasing was turned off..
