Actions.

I am fairly new to photoshop i took the advice of someone on this forum regarding Actions.Ihave put all my actions in a seperate folder and just left three in the actions pallet.When i load one into the actions pallet how do i get it back into the folder.And how many actions should you have in your actions folder.Thanks for any help.:(
