I don't understand.... [Archive]

I've been using ps for a couple of weeks now, using tuts and reading and stuff like that, and I don't understand how all these people that consider themselves newbs, come here.
I'm stumped...

Well the thing is, this place is not just for the so called 'newbies' or 'nOObies' as sometimes referred to. The absolute professional's hang about here too, to show what can be acheived, and help the newcommers out by helping them with any problems.

You ask why all these more experienced people come here - Well, why do people like yourself come here? To better their skills and learn new techniques and skills...but...how could that be acheived without the help of people who know how?

Thats why were here, to help one another out and to showcase new work.

People come to the newbies section because as a designer your're never truly out of the newb stage. Your're always improving and always inventing new styles. Being a designer is a learning process. Even professionals learn new stuff every now and then, thus the need for a newbies section, because we can never truly know it all.

(well except for me of course...:P j/k)
